Multiple shipping addresses

Question:

Can I save more than one delivery address to my account?

Answer:

Yes.

Question:

Can I request that the contents of one order are sent to several delivery addresses?

Answer:

No. In order to have items sent to several delivery addresses, you must create a separate order for each delivery address.

Question:

Do I need to pay import, duties, taxes and customs clearance fees when ordering outside the EU?

Answer:

Yes. For all deliveries outside the EU, the consignee (importer) is responsible for paying import duties, local taxes and any customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in the product price or freight cost shown in the webshop.
The transport company (e.g. DHL, UPS, FedEx) will normally handle customs clearance and invoice the consignee separately for these costs. Please note that refusal to pay import charges is not considered a valid return, and any return freight and related costs will be charged to the customer.

 

Stock and items

Question:

Is there any stock info available?

Answer:

The stock value of each product is displayed in real time so you will always know the amount in stock. 
 

Question:

What’s different about ordering an OnDemand item?

Answer:

OnDemand items are produced and finished upon reception of your order. They are made-to-order and are therefore not kept in stock like regular assortment items. As a result, the delivery time for OnDemand items is longer than for other items, and typically adds about one week to regular delivery times. When you purchase regular items and OnDemand items in the same order, the delivery time adjusts to accommodate the OnDemand items. Please note that OnDemand items are customized specifically for your order (e.g. embroidery/branding) and can therefore not be returned or exchanged, unless the item is defect, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly delivered. Before placing your order, please carefully review the size guide and measurement chart for the item. We strongly recommend comparing the measurements to a similar garment you already own to ensure the best possible fit. Payment

Question:

What are the payment terms? 

Answer:

Invoice 30 days net for all employees buying products for B2B purposes. Distributors and Customers (companies, not private consumers) pay with credit card. Due to VAT reasons, Creon Promotion cannot accept orders from private customers.

Can I request monthly invoice?

Answer:

If you are interested in one monthly invoice, please send an email with the request to Creon.

 

Security

Question:

How to handle the data protection law policy with external buyers?

Answer:

The Data protection law is guaranteed by Creon Promotion (regarding internal and external users). Creon is committed to the Data Protection Directive (EC Directive 95/46/EC) and Electronic Communications Privacy Directive (EC Directive/2002/58/EC.

Question:

What is the security level of the portal, especially in respect to credit card payment?

Answer:

Credit card payment uses SSL 128-bit encryption and is PCI certified by VISA/Master Card. The users' accounts to the web shop are password protected, but do not uses encryption. There have been no successful attempts of hack attacks or frauds. Uptime of our server is close to 100%.
